Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in regular supervisory and consultative sessions with the Therapy Leadership Team, enhancing professional development and clinical skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will encompass a broad spectrum, from individuals grappling with mild anxiety to those facing severe depression, trauma, or suicidal ideation. You will provide culturally responsive care that addresses the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client, ensuring that treatment is aligned with their individual needs. By focusing on quality and empathetic care, you will be instrumental in improving patient outcomes and fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications
  • A valid independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) in the state where you reside is required; dual-state licenses are highly desirable.
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or Doctoral degree (MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PSYD) in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.
