The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) serves as a strategic leader and collaborative partner to executive leadership in advancing the mission, vision, values, and long-term goals of Aviva Health. This position provides leadership, direction, and oversight for all Human Resources (HR) functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

This role partners closely with leaders and departments across the organization to promote collaboration, operational efficiency, and consistent employment practices while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
The VP of HR oversees HR operations through the use of data, metrics, and analytics to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. This position also champions diversity, equity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunity practices while fostering respectful and productive employee and labor relations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the VP of HR plays a key leadership role in strengthening organizational performance and supporting the long-term success of both the workforce and the organization as a whole.
