• Provide weekly clinical supervision and guidance to practicum students in their pursuit of clinical licensure or during their Master’s program, ensuring they develop essential therapeutic skills.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services via telehealth to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to support various mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, case managers, and community resource organizations, to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, therapeutic methodologies, and advancements in the field of psychotherapy to inform your practice and that of your supervisees.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse range of clients seeking mental health support, including individuals navigating personal crises, couples improving their relationships, and families facing challenging dynamics. Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, and you will play an essential role in helping them achieve their mental health goals through personalized and empathetic care.

The ideal candidate for the Clinical Therapist Supervisor position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state licensure, such as LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R, indicating your professional capability to provide therapeutic services.
• Professional liability insurance that ensures accountability and protection throughout your practice.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or a similar capacity, showcasing your ability to work effectively with diverse client populations.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience supervising or mentoring practicum students and those with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing education and professional development in mental health therapy. Brilliant Hope Recovery Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
