• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, creating a safe and supportive environment.
• Encourage open discussions about emotions and experiences to facilitate trust and healing.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, primarily composed of adults who are seeking mental health support. Our clients are pre-screened, ensuring that they are stable individuals with low acuity, allowing you to focus on meaningful therapeutic engagements rather than crisis management. • A Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, is required.
• You must hold a valid, unrestricted professional license to practice independently: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent.
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions will be accepted.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client interactions.
• A genuine empathetic nature, with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients towards their goals.
• Proficient computer skills for utilizing our therapy platform and related technology.
