• Provide comprehensive psychotherapy services to individuals facing mental health issues associated with substance abuse.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop effective, tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in their recovery efforts.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies to ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in regular collaboration with the treatment team and other healthcare professionals to coordinate a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate patients and their families on coping strategies, mental health resources, and support systems available.
• Stay informed about the latest research and find ways to integrate innovative practices into your therapeutic approach.
• Manage your caseload effectively to meet treatment goals while adhering to ethical standards in your practice.

You will primarily work with individuals in various stages of substance abuse recovery, including both long-term abusers and those seeking intervention for the first time. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflecting your level of experience and skills.
