Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current, valid licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT in the state of Maryland.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based approaches to substance use disorder treatment and recovery-oriented care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, offering a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor while establishing rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
