Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients typically include individuals facing substance use disorders, varying from mild to severe conditions. Many of our patients have experienced trauma, co-occurring mental health disorders, or are seeking support post-rehabilitation. Our focus is on providing not only therapeutic interventions but also ongoing support to help these individuals navigate their pathways to successful recovery.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current, valid licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT in the state of Maryland.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based approaches to substance use disorder treatment and recovery-oriented care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, offering a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor while establishing rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
