Peace of Mind Mental Health Care & Counseling is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our compassionate team in a remote capacity, focusing on providing essential support for families in a Hospice Center setting. This full-time role involves utilizing your clinical skills to enhance the quality of care for clients and their families, ensuring that each individual receives the attention and services they require during critical times.

  • Develop joint action plans and recommend evidence-based strategies to address specific developmental needs, adhering to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
  • Utilize a coaching model to deliver services, facilitating learning within natural settings and empowering families.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing social work practice, maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will primarily focus on children from birth to under three years old who may be experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Qualifications
