The Self Care Learning Counseling Center offers a flexible and remote work environment, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while serving clients meaningfully. As part of our dynamic team, you will utilize video conferencing tools and electronic health records (EHR) systems to engage with clients and document their progress. We emphasize collaboration, support, and continuous learning among our staff to ensure the highest standard of client care.

• Establish and cultivate trusting relationships with clients, encouraging openness and engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans that promote recovery.
• Offer individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities (such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, systemic therapy, etc.) to address specific client needs.
• Regularly monitor client progress, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and specialists, referring clients to additional services as appropriate to enhance their care.

You will work with a diverse client base consisting of individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional disturbances. Your role will involve understanding the unique cultural and familial dynamics that impact each client’s experiences, fostering a holistic approach to their mental health treatment.

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and group therapy, with a strong foundation in clinical practices.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills essential for managing a diverse caseload effectively, including documentation and administrative tasks.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with a varied population of clients.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems.
• Experience in collaborative treatment approaches, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
