• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations of clients to identify mental health needs, employing the most up-to-date practices aligned with the DSM.
• Engage in short-term psychotherapy sessions, providing therapeutic interventions across various modalities such as individual, family, and group therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, continuously reassessing progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Facilitate crisis interventions and support clients through complex emotional challenges, ensuring they have access to essential resources and care.
• Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and medical professionals, to provide integrated care and discuss treatment strategies for complicated cases.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, preparing reports and liaising with external agencies when appropriate, with client consent.
• Actively participate in quality management and clinical team meetings to contribute insights and strategies for improving service delivery.
• Utilize best practice methodologies and evidence-based interventions to achieve superior therapeutic outcomes.

The clients you will serve at Integrated Social Therapy include individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnosis disorders. Our client-focused approach places a heavy emphasis on understanding each individual's unique challenges and backgrounds, allowing for tailored therapeutic approaches that respect their cultural and social contexts.

• A current LMFT license or Psy.D is required to practice in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution is essential.
• At least 2 years of practical experience providing therapy services, preferably with previous telehealth delivery.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records for streamlined therapy workflows.

• Experience working in integrated healthcare settings that value collaboration among healthcare providers.
• Previous work with an array of evidence-based treatment modalities suited for individual, couple, and group therapy.
• Familiarity with the administrative aspects of health care service provision, including documentation and compliance requirements.

We offer a competitive annual salary, ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
