This full-time position is designed to allow for maximum flexibility while ensuring high standards of client care. As a remote therapist, you'll use cutting-edge online therapy tools to connect with clients, conduct therapy sessions, and maintain session documentation. Our organization employs a robust Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system that simplifies scheduling and billing processes, enabling you to focus primarily on your clients rather than paperwork.

• Conduct remote therapy sessions based on established CBT techniques, catering to clients with a range of mental health issues.
• Provide clients with clear strategies and coping mechanisms to manage their mental health challenges effectively.
• Maintain accurate and concise documentation of each session to ensure compliance with health regulations and contribute to ongoing client assessment.
• Participate in weekly case consultations to collaborate with peers and enhance clinical insights.
• Engage with continuing education resources provided by the organization to stay updated on best practices and interventions.
• Adhere to consistent weekday working hours, allowing for predictable scheduling and improved work-life balance.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mood disorders.
