• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current LMFT license issued by the state of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience.
• Demonstrated ability to provide therapy to couples and families, with a background in working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Experience in addiction counseling or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and demonstrate cultural competence in therapeutic practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is a plus.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual income between $70,000 and $100,000, complemented by incentives like a sign-on bonus and performance bonuses related to client engagement.
