This role is entirely remote, which allows for a flexible work-life balance while engaging fully with clients through a secure telehealth platform. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you with consistent hours to plan your day effectively.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions that empower clients to advocate for their mental health and well-being.
• Guide clients through understanding and managing their emotions by employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, goals, and progress.
• Utilize telehealth technology proficiently to ensure seamless client interactions and documentation.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, assessments, and progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance therapeutic skills and ensure best practices are being followed.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Positive Development, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our organization values an inclusive approach to mental health, ensuring that all clients receive culturally competent care that respects their individual backgrounds and experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure in Oregon to practice without supervision (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy and developing customized treatment strategies.
• Strong communication skills that facilitate online engagement and client rapport building.
• Familiarity with teletherapy software and technology, ensuring effective use of virtual counseling tools.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.
• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying mental health conditions.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
