This full-time position is designed for mental health professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, individualized counseling services to adults experiencing stable, low-acuity mental health challenges. Our counselors enjoy flexible scheduling and the ability to work from the comfort of their own homes, contributing positively to the mental well-being of our clients.

Work Environment

This fully remote position allows counselors to manage their own schedules while working at least 30 hours per week. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ethical, empathetic mental health counseling services through video chat platforms, ensuring a professional and secure environment for all clients.
  • Conduct ongoing client assessments to accurately monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and address evolving mental health needs.
  • Create and implement customized treatment plans tailored to the individual goals and challenges of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic strategies.
  • Support clients in developing effective coping mechanisms, improved problem-solving skills, and enhanced communication abilities via targeted skill-building exercises.
  • Maintain detailed and organized client records with minimal paperwork, facilitating easy reference and follow-up in accordance with state regulations.
  • Utilize user-friendly counseling software to schedule sessions, track client progress, and effectively manage your caseload.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, mild depression, or stress-related issues. Our focus is on fostering resilience and empowering clients through personalized support and skill development. Your role will directly contribute to enhancing their overall mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Hold a current, independent state license such as LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or PsyD, allowing for unsupervised practice.
  • No history of disciplinary actions against your license, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology, including a stable Wi-Fi connection and familiarity with digital counseling tools.
Preferred Experience
