• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify and evaluate clients’ mental health needs effectively. This includes gathering comprehensive histories and utilizing validated assessment tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique challenges and aspirations, integrating evidence-based modalities and therapeutic techniques tailored to their specific needs.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, applying expert knowledge of therapeutic frameworks and methodologies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.
• Educate clients' families on mental health issues, providing resources and support to foster their involvement in the client’s recovery process.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds who are seeking support for a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and personal trauma. Our clinic emphasizes cultural competence to ensure that all clients receive respectful and effective care tailored to their unique experiences.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely-related field is essential.
• Expertise and specialized training in mental health counseling, with demonstrable proficiency in various therapeutic techniques.
• A solid understanding of evidence-based practices related to diverse mental health disorders and the ability to apply these in clinical settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with the treatment team.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling or therapy, preferably within a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Experience working in a team-based approach to mental health, demonstrating the ability to function effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, based on experience and qualifications, along with potential for performance-based bonuses.
