Job description

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Senior Instructional Designer in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities for a Senior Instructional Designer include but are not limited to:

  • Design, develop, and maintain engaging training programs and e-learning content for Customer Experience Operations and Distribution Center teams.

  • Create instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning materials using Articulate Storyline and Rise.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for instructional design, adult learning principles, learning technologies, and LMS administration.

  • Develop technical software training content, including supply planning and enterprise software systems, for both new hire onboarding and ongoing employee development.

  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs and create effective learning solutions that improve performance and knowledge retention.

Candidates for Senior Instructional Designer must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of experience developing technical training for enterprise or proprietary software applications, preferably Supply Planning software.

  • Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise.

  • Experience creating curriculum for adult learners using multiple delivery methods, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and virtual learning.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.

  • Preferred experience with Maestro or similar Supply Planning software platforms.
