We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives.   • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, performance evaluations, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Establish sales plans and monitor key performance indicators to ensure consistent quota attainment and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Seven or more years of sales leadership experience within a SaaS or technology-focused organization.
