Positive Development Behavioral Counseling is seeking passionate and qualified Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) for a full-time, remote role based in Portland, Oregon. Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to create your ideal workspace. Your typical hours will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you with a structured schedule that supports both your professional responsibilities and personal life. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one virtual counseling sessions aimed at enhancing clients' mental health and emotional well-being.
  • Facilitate open dialogues to encourage clients to express their feelings, fears, and aspirations, promoting a safe therapeutic space.
  • Help clients identify, articulate, and achieve realistic goals pertinent to their mental health journey, customizing interventions accordingly.

Qualifications
