Your typical hours will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you with a structured schedule that supports both your professional responsibilities and personal life. • Conduct one-on-one virtual counseling sessions aimed at enhancing clients' mental health and emotional well-being.
• Facilitate open dialogues to encourage clients to express their feelings, fears, and aspirations, promoting a safe therapeutic space.
• Help clients identify, articulate, and achieve realistic goals pertinent to their mental health journey, customizing interventions accordingly.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that draw on evidence-based practices and align with each client’s unique circumstances.
• Regularly monitor progress and adjust treatment methodologies to optimize outcomes for your clients.

The clients you will serve come from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, often facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice without supervision (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of clients.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively in a virtual setting, fostering rapport and trust.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms for teletherapy, ensuring seamless access to counseling resources.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience providing mental health services in a clinical setting.
• Previous experience working with diverse populations, addressing issues spanning family dynamics, trauma, and behavioral health challenges.
• A familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
