• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, collecting vital information about clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that clearly outline client goals and appropriate therapeutic interventions to guide their progress.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for each client.
• Offer crisis intervention when necessary, including conducting risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client safety.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and supportive group initiatives to enhance community connections among clients.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, supporting continuity of care.

You will work with a diverse array of clients who seek help for various mental health conditions. Our clients include children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your role will directly contribute to their healing journey, aiding in their understanding of mental health and the development of coping strategies.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years' experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is essential, ensuring a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment methods.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills are crucial for supporting clients effectively.
