You will engage with a diverse client base, enhancing your ability to connect with students from varying cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and forge trusting relationships with students and their families.
  • Cultural competence and sensitivity; with a focus on understanding the needs of diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle a caseload effectively and ensure the timely completion of necessary documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within school systems or educational environments, particularly with children and adolescents.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored for young populations.
  • Prior experience in crisis intervention and management, particularly in an educational context.
Compensation and Benefits

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and professional credentials. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
