• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately identify each client’s mental health concerns, creating tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Utilize secure virtual platforms to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, engaging clients actively in their care plans to enhance efficacy.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, providing continuous feedback and support that promotes their mental, emotional, and psychological development.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, adapting your approach based on client preferences and treatment objectives to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and ensuring continuity of care.

You will work with a diverse group of clients facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. This role is essential in creating a supportive environment where clients feel safe and understood, allowing for meaningful connections and effective therapy that meets their individualized needs.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and foster therapeutic alliances with clients via virtual platforms.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and cultural competence to effectively address the diverse experiences of clients.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing time, allowing for effective treatment administration and documentation.

• Experience working in a remote therapy setting, familiar with digital communication tools and methods.
• Prior experience with various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy.
• A background in crisis intervention and management.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, adjusted based on caseload and experience.
