This remote role is integral to our detox center, where we focus on delivering specialized programs that support children facing disabilities and developmental delays. • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify their unique needs and strengths.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Monitor and oversee progress as part of a supportive team, ensuring that intervention strategies align with each child's developmental goals.
• Provide expert guidance and evidence-based recommendations to families to enhance their child's growth and development.
• Engage in ongoing communication and relationship-building with children, families, and team members to cultivate a nurturing learning environment.
• Demonstrate adherence to all federal and state guidelines and policies in service delivery.
• Utilize the coaching paradigm to teach families within their natural environments, fostering independence and capability.
• Stay informed about best practices and contribute ideally to enhancing organizational protocols for intervention and support.

Your work as an LCSW will primarily focus on children—especially infants and toddlers with developmental challenges. You will play a crucial role in helping them acquire vital skills across a spectrum of areas, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains, particularly during the critical early years of their lives. • A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctorate of Social Work (DSW) is required.
