Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments that delve into clients' psychological wellbeing, symptoms, and history to inform clinical diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of evidence-based techniques tailored to the unique goals and circumstances of each client.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, working collaboratively with a network of professionals to ensure client safety.
  • Maintain precise and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to ethical standards set forth by the mental health profession.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to clients' care.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic methodologies, and community resources available for additional support, acting as a steadfast advocate for their rights.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a varied client population, including individuals, couples, families, and groups facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications
  • You must be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist, holding one of the following credentials: LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities are essential for this role.
  • At least two years of related experience in mental health therapy is required.
