• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address patients' unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to formulate and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's circumstances.
• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress and identifying appropriate referrals for additional resources when necessary.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of patient records in alignment with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Engage in regular staff meetings and peer supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills, share insights, and ensure high-quality, integrative care within our team.

As an LCSW at Restora Care Behavioral Health, you will work primarily with vulnerable populations undergoing detoxification and various mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, ensuring a firm grounding in clinical practices and theories.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in mental health counseling, with a preference for experience in outpatient settings.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapies, alongside an aptitude for applying these methodologies in various therapeutic contexts.
