This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Manager based in Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to own the full growth strategy for an established digital product with an active customer base and proven acquisition channels.
You will drive marketing initiatives from strategy through execution, using AI-powered workflows to accelerate delivery and optimize performance.
The position combines growth marketing, lifecycle campaigns, conversion optimization, content creation, and automation in a highly autonomous environment.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, launch experiments, and continuously improve customer acquisition and retention.
Success in this role is measured by execution speed, measurable business impact, and the ability to turn insights into scalable growth initiatives.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on marketer who thrives on ownership, experimentation, and leveraging AI to maximize productivity and results.

Accountabilities

As a Growth Manager, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy for a product, executing campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving continuous experimentation across multiple marketing channels.

  • Lead the overall growth strategy for an established brand, owning planning, execution, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization.
  • Develop and manage email marketing and lifecycle campaigns, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, personalization, and performance optimization.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization across landing pages, pricing pages, sign-up flows, and checkout experiences through structured experimentation.
  • Create and publish high-quality marketing content, including landing pages, blog articles, email campaigns, lead magnets, and social media content using AI-assisted workflows.
  • Build and maintain marketing automation systems using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms to streamline business processes.
  • Monitor marketing performance using analytics platforms, identify growth opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with product, support, SEO, and leadership teams to align growth initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Continuously test new tools, technologies, and AI capabilities to improve marketing efficiency, scalability, and campaign performance.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong growth marketing expertise with hands-on execution skills, a data-driven mindset, and proven experience leveraging AI throughout the marketing workflow.

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably as a founding marketer, sole marketer, or key contributor within a small, execution-focused team.
  • Proven experience designing and executing AI-powered marketing workflows that significantly improve productivity and campaign delivery.
  • Strong expertise in email marketing and lifecycle management, with experience improving engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.
  • Practical experience running conversion rate optimization experiments and making data-driven decisions based on measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to independently execute complete marketing initiatives, from copywriting and campaign creation to landing page optimization, launch, and analysis.
  • Experience creating content across multiple digital channels, including email, websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in remote, asynchronous environments.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working autonomously while continuously learning and adopting new technologies.
  • Availability for partial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time working hours.
  • Experience with WordPress, public AI-related content creation, early-stage product growth, measurable revenue impact, or audience building is considered an advantage.
Benefits:

The company offers a flexible remote-first environment with competitive compensation and a strong commitment to employee wellbeing and professional growth.

  • Competitive salary package.
  • Fully remote work with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Comprehensive health insurance for eligible employees based on location.
  • Life insurance and accidental coverage for eligible full-time employees.
  • Flexible paid time off to support work-life balance.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Local public holidays based on your country of residence.
  • Learning budget covering professional software, books, and educational courses.
  • Company-sponsored travel, including annual retreats and team meetups.
  • Technology stipend and welcome package for new team members.
  • Opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on meaningful, high-impact products.
  • Inclusive, collaborative culture focused on continuous learning, autonomy, and innovation.
