This is a high-impact design leadership role focused on shaping engaging, consumer-facing mobile experiences used by millions of users. You will define the design vision across mobile and web products, with a strong emphasis on gamification, loyalty systems, and user motivation mechanics. In this role, you will lead a small but senior design team while also remaining hands-on in crafting world-class product experiences. You will work closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams to turn insights into intuitive, high-performing user journeys. The environment is fast-paced, innovation-driven, and centered around continuous experimentation and improvement. This is a unique opportunity to influence both product direction and design culture at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end product design vision across mobile and web platforms, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality and consistent user experiences.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of senior product designers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth.
  • Drive user-centered design decisions that directly contribute to engagement, retention, and business outcomes.
  • Create and evolve wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance discovery, loyalty, and user motivation.
  • Own and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading product design teams in mobile-first or consumer-facing digital products.
  • Strong background in entertainment, gaming, loyalty, or highly engaging consumer platforms.
  • Proven experience scaling design teams, processes, and design systems in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality mobile product design and impactful user experiences.
  • Deep expertise in gamification, engagement design, and user motivation principles.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
  • Strong understanding of cross-platform design for iOS, Android, and web.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong ability to translate complex user needs and data insights into clear design solutions.
  • Experience integrating or experimenting with AI-driven tools in design workflows is a strong plus.
  • Passion for detail, usability, and delivering polished, high-quality user experiences.
