We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of an innovative technology brand operating within the Web3 ecosystem.
This role combines brand strategy, digital design, and cultural awareness to create engaging experiences for global crypto-native communities.
You will lead the development of compelling visual assets across social platforms, websites, campaigns, and industry events.
The ideal candidate understands fast-moving digital trends, meme culture, and the unique communication style of Web3 audiences.
You will collaborate with marketing, product, community, and external creative partners to deliver impactful designs at scale.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and executing a strong visual strategy while ensuring consistent, engaging, and culturally relevant brand communication across all channels.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency with design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar creative software.

  • Experience creating scalable design systems, templates, and organized asset libraries.
  • Proven ability to manage creative workflows and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and freelancers.
