    The Opportunity

    PPC is seeking a growth-oriented business leader to accelerate commercial performance, strengthen organizational capability, and drive the next phase of profitable growth.

    This role is ideal for a leader who has built businesses, commercial capabilities, and teams, not simply managed mature organizations.

    Required Experience

    • 10+ years of business, commercial, sales, or general management leadership

    • P&L ownership and growth responsibility

    • Proven success leading transformation and organizational change

    • Experience building commercial capabilities from the ground up

    • Strong skills in sales effectiveness, pricing, segmentation, and go-to-market strategy

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field

    Preferred Experience

    • Packaging, flexible packaging, specialty materials, or related industries

    • Growth-stage or business transformation experience

    • Commercial leadership within high-performing organizations

    • Experience bringing best practices from larger companies into smaller businesses

    • Lean, operational excellence, or continuous improvement expertise
