Luminous Health System is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote capacity, working specifically within our Detox Center. This full-time position is designed for an individual with a strong clinical background who is passionate about providing high-quality mental health services to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The LCSW will play an essential role in shaping patient care by delivering psychotherapy and comprehensive mental health services to promote recovery and wellness.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to patients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health and social functioning, leading to the development of effective and personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, modifying treatment plans based on feedback, and the evolving needs of patients.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them with knowledge about community resources and support services.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care, advocating for the unique needs of each patient.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) to facilitate documentation and tracking of patient care.
• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, including confidentiality and informed consent processes.

The primary focus of this role centers around individuals experiencing mental health challenges associated with substance use disorders. Patients may present with a range of conditions, including acute withdrawal symptoms, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Our aim is to provide a compassionate and understanding environment where patients feel supported throughout their recovery journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy or mental health services, preferably within addiction or co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Proficient clinical skills, including the ability to conduct thorough assessments and create evidence-based treatment plans that are culturally competent.
• Experience with electronic health record systems and healthcare software for patient management and care coordination.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and effective intervention strategies.

• 3 or more years of experience in a clinical setting focused on addiction treatment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Prior experience working in a detox or rehabilitation facility is highly advantageous.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
