This position is remote, allowing flexibility while providing care to clients in a supportive hospice environment. The LCSW will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create a welcoming virtual workspace that encourages open communication and collective growth. • Provide comprehensive direct clinical services to clients experiencing severe emotional disorders or major mental illnesses in both private and community settings.
• Conduct accurate and timely assessments, ensuring that treatment strategies align with presenting client problems and preferences.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans that link clients to appropriate resources and support services, collaborating closely with family members and other healthcare providers.
• Participate actively as a team member to achieve shared objectives, ensuring a collaborative approach to client care.
• Monitor and document client progress, including assessment of treatment goals, therapy sessions, and crisis intervention efforts as needed.
• Maintain compliance with the ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by Blissful Being Therapy Center.
• Provide timely submission of necessary reports and documentation to facilitate seamless service delivery.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff and interns, enhancing the overall capabilities of the organization.

The LCSW will focus on supporting clients at our Hospice Center, many of whom are dealing with significant mental health challenges, including grief and loss associated with chronic illness. By fostering a therapeutic alliance, the LCSW will help clients navigate their emotional landscapes, promoting emotional healing and recovery. The position requires flexibility and cultural sensitivity to effectively address the diverse backgrounds and needs of our clients.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• A valid LCSW licensure in the state of Georgia is mandatory for this role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current within the field.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, ideally within a hospice, healthcare, or community service setting.
• Prior experience working with individuals facing severe emotional and mental health challenges.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and screening assessments.

This rewarding role offers a salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
