Restorative Touch Counseling Center is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide specialized mental health support within our Hospice Center. You will utilize secure telehealth platforms to facilitate therapeutic sessions and maintain ongoing communication with clients and team members.

• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions for individuals and families using our advanced telehealth platform.
• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine clients' emotional, social, and mental health needs, and develop tailored treatment plans to address those needs.
• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention during therapy sessions as needed, ensuring clients' safety and well-being.
• Assist clients in navigating and accessing community resources, support services, and referral networks, enhancing their quality of life.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic records, including progress notes and treatment plans, consistent with legal regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care, participate in case discussions, and contribute to holistic treatment plans.
• Empower clients by educating them on coping strategies, self-care techniques, and effective communication skills to manage their mental health more effectively.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest research, best practices, and advancements in clinical social work and teletherapy.

In this role, you will primarily support clients in hospice care, addressing their unique emotional and psychological needs as they navigate end-of-life issues. Your work will involve counseling not only the patients themselves but also their families, assisting them in coping with grief and facilitating discussions around advanced care planning and emotional support.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or an equivalent field is essential.
• At least three years of direct experience in social work or related mental health fields, especially in hospice or palliative care.
• Proficient use of telehealth technology and platforms to deliver care effectively in a virtual setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster rapport with clients remotely, ensuring a safe environment for open communication.
• Firm commitment to ethical and confidential practices in all therapeutic interactions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote teletherapy environment, including managing a flexible schedule to accommodate clients across various time zones.

• Experience working in hospice or palliative care settings.
• Familiarity with grief counseling and end-of-life issues.
• Proven track record of developing effective treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
