• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available coping resources.
• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting clear goals and outlining appropriate interventions to guide clients in their recovery.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for each client.
• Offer timely crisis intervention, thorough risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary to support clients through challenging moments.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to foster community support and reinforce therapeutic concepts.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to all ethical and legal standards for confidentiality and record-keeping.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele seeking mental health support. Your efforts will be directed towards clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, thereby promoting their mental well-being and helping them achieve lasting positive outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient clinical setting.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively connect with clients.

• Experience providing remote therapy and utilizing telehealth tools effectively.
• Background in trauma-informed care approaches.
