About the Role

The Regional Marketing Manager – Americas Region will be responsible for developing and executing the regional marketing strategy across the entire Americas region, including North America and Latin America. The role will support business growth, brand awareness, demand generation, and market expansion across diverse markets and customer segments.

Reporting directly to the Regional President – Americas, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the VP of Marketing, this role will work closely with regional sales teams across North America and Latin America, corporate marketing, channel partners, system integrators, and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

This is a highly visible, hands-on regional role, ideal for a marketing professional who combines strategic planning with strong execution capabilities and enjoys building scalable marketing programs across multiple countries and markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the annual regional marketing strategy and plan for the entire Americas region, including North America and Latin America, aligned with Kramer’s global marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Partner closely with regional sales leadership and local sales teams to understand market priorities and develop marketing initiatives that support pipeline growth and revenue generation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, strengthen market presence, and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt and execute global campaigns while ensuring regional relevance across different Americas markets.
  • Manage regional digital marketing activities, including email marketing, social media, webinars, landing pages, marketing automation, and localized content.
  • Coordinate and manage regional events, exhibitions, customer events, partner marketing programs, and industry activities across North America and Latin America.
  • Support regional public relations activities and collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and industry influencers.
  • Create and adapt marketing content, sales enablement materials, presentations, and promotional assets tailored to different markets within the Americas region.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources across Americas markets.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive insights, and regional opportunities to support marketing strategy and business decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, sales teams, channel partners, customers, system integrators, and external vendors across the Americas region.
Requirements
  • Native-level English – required.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese – an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a regional marketing role within a global B2B organization.
  • Experience managing marketing activities across multiple countries or regions.
  • Experience in technology, ProAV, IT, networking, unified communications, or related industries – an advantage.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technologies, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Experience supporting demand generation and working closely with sales teams to drive business growth.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously across different markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural, and distributed environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel across the Americas region as needed.
