As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
• Developing and implementing tailored care plans, adjusting them as necessary based on patient progress or feedback.
• Collaborating with clients’ families, healthcare providers, and community resources to ensure holistic care and seamless communication.
• Providing treatment to individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Referring clients to relevant community services, treatment programs, and support networks to enhance their overall well-being.
• Participating in care coordination efforts to optimize the discharge process, ensuring continuity of care post-treatment.
• Maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, and clinical standards, operating within the guidelines of the Mental Health Practice Act.
• Facilitating crisis intervention and offering bereavement support as required, while navigating complex emotional landscapes with sensitivity.
• Identifying at-risk patients who may encounter barriers to care and advocating for solutions that support their mental health journey.

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges. Our patient population comprises children, adolescents, adults, and families, each bringing unique narratives and needs. Your role will be instrumental in addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders, contributing to their overall mental and emotional health.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related mental health field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure in Tennessee as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPC/MHSP, or psychologist is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of community mental health resources and the ability to integrate them into the treatment process.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fostering effective relationships with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients to effectively support their growth and healing.

• Experience working in a community health clinic setting or similar environments.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms.
• Prior experience with crisis intervention and/or trauma-informed care.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
