• Conduct comprehensive virtual mental health evaluations to assess client needs and mental health status.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific goals and situations.
• Facilitate interactive and engaging therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Guide clients through the therapeutic process to achieve and celebrate milestones.
• Utilize our secure telehealth platform to conduct therapy sessions and manage scheduling.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation to ensure compliance with health standards and facilitate effective care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills and stay informed about the latest practices in the mental health field.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with clients who present with low-acuity mental health concerns, enabling a focus on therapeutic growth and development. Clients will be pre-screened to ensure that you can provide the highest level of care effectively and efficiently. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to meet diverse client needs, fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes healing and growth.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active licensure in Tennessee as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) without any disciplinary history.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapy practices.

• Experience providing telehealth services is highly valued.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies and approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
