As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Crestwood Behavioral Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations and rendering accurate diagnoses based on clinical observations.
• Formulating individualized treatment plans that cater to each patient’s unique needs and develop measurable goals.
• Providing weekly psychotherapy sessions for an established caseload, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care and handle any emerging healthcare needs.
• Executing occasional crisis interventions when urgent support is required, ensuring patients’ safety and stability.
• Upholding the 360care policies and procedures in compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
• Monitoring adherence to HIPAA and CMS regulations to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and care.

Your primary focus will be on clients in the detox phase who are often facing challenges related to mental health and substance use disorders. You will work with a diverse patient population, which may include older adults experiencing adjustment issues and cognitive impairments such as dementia. The role allows you to develop meaningful connections, ensuring that your patients have access to the quality care they deserve.

Ideal candidates for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, with a valid LCSW license required for practice.
• Demonstrable experience in medical settings, specifically those involving long-term care or substance use treatment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and treating various forms of mental illness, particularly within geriatric populations.
• Exceptional ability to learn and utilize technology effectively within clinical practice.
• Strong display of empathy, compassion, and ethical decision-making.

In addition to the minimum qualifications, candidates with experience in treating individuals with mental health issues related to aging or substance dependency are highly valued.
