Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of each client, ensuring the formulation of personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique situations.
  • Provide a variety of evidence-based therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy, employing techniques tailored to the distinct needs and backgrounds of clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health concerns.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic interventions.
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives to enhance mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and promote healthy coping mechanisms through workshops and seminars.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse group of clients, including individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds. Qualifications
  • A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
