Job description

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, maintenance, and support of the organization's Human Resource Information Systems, with a primary focus on UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management (Kronos), and related HR technologies. This position serves as the technical and functional subject matter expert for HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, regulatory compliance, and meaningful reporting capabilities that support business decision-making.
Essential Job Duties The following duties are considered essential job functions, meaning they are fundamental to the position and performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Leads as an example of CFP's values: Customer Service, Absolute Integrity, We Are Family, Share the Success
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management/Kronos, and related HR technologies.
  • Oversee the integrity, structure and governance of employee records and organizational data within UKG.
  • Analyze, design and support workflows, business processes, and approval routing.
  • Evaluate, plan, test and implement system updates and configuration changes.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain schedules, pay rules, labor levels, and accrual settings.
  • Analyze and resolve complex timekeeping and attendance issues in consultation with supervisors, HR and payroll, recommending system or process improvements as appropriate.
  • Support payroll processing through accurate time and attendance administration.
  • Investigate and resolve workforce management system errors.
  • Develop, interpret and present standard and ad hoc reports.
  • Support workforce data requests from HR and leadership.

Qualification and Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of HRIS experience.
  • 3+ years of UKG Pro and/or Kronos experience.
  • Experience supporting HR, benefits, payroll, and timekeeping processes.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Work effectively in a team.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
