What is a remote labor union organizer?

Remote labor union organizers are professionals who work from a remote location to help workers form, join, or build labor unions. Their responsibilities include educating employees about their rights, coordinating union campaigns, facilitating communication between union members, and assisting with contract negotiations. They use digital tools such as video calls, emails, and online platforms to organize meetings, distribute information, and mobilize workers.
