MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Icertis CLM System Administrator to join our team.
The Icertis CLM System Administrator will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to manage, support, and enhance the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform, focusing on platform administration, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Administering and configuring Icertis CLM including templates, workflows, metadata, and clauses
  • Managing platform releases, upgrades, system testing, and bug fixes
  • Handling change requests and ensuring smooth platform operations through functional support
  • Collaborating with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and IT teams to drive process improvements
  • Conducting user training and driving automation and platform adoption
  • Supporting integrations with ERP/CRM systems and ensuring overall data quality

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's with 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in contract lifecycle management systems
  • 2-years hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform administration
  • Strong knowledge of CLM processes, configurations, and system workflows
  • Experience managing system templates, metadata, and complex data flows
  • Experience with system administration, including patching, centralized authentication, and configuration management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive a security and compliance agenda

Physical Requirements:
  • You must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • You will need to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets or office machinery.
  • You must frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
  • You must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $116,400.00-$194,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
