About the Role
The Technical Systems Administrator II is responsible for installing, maintaining, and upgrading internal computer hardware and software systems used for designing and developing company products. This role ensures the smooth operation of IT systems, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and enhances service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will install, configure, and maintain internal computer hardware and software systems while performing regular system upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance and security. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner and monitor system performance to ensure compliance with security standards. Collaboration with engineering and business teams will be essential to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will continuously assess and improve processes to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement, supporting improvement plans, and assisting in their implementation. You will maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, as well as provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies will be crucial to ensuring the company's IT infrastructure remains current and effective.

Minimum Qualifications:

Compensation:
Pay Range:
$83,830.00 - $115,287.25
Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
