Part-Time Bilingual Korean Customer Experience Specialist (Remote- UT ONLY)

Compensation: $23–$24 per hour DOE

Work from Home - UTAH RESIDENTS ONLY

Must live within an hour's drive of Lehi

Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Friday,

Morning Shift: 8:30 am-2:00 pm or Evening Shift: 2:00 pm-7:00 pm (occasional Saturdays)

Requirement: Reliable internet speed of 100 MBPS minimum

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist – Bilingual (Korean/English) to join our team. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to customers in both English and Korean through multiple communication channels. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, orders, account updates, and event support, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.

This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual professional who enjoys helping people, promoting wellness products, and working in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Korean and English via phone, email, live chat, and SMS.

  • Assist with product orders, returns, new member applications, account updates, and general inquiries.

  • Share accurate information on compensation plans, promotions, events, and products.

  • Promote upsell items and current offers to enhance the customer experience.

  • Document all customer interactions for accuracy, auditing, and quality assurance.

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues as needed.

  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on promotions, processes, and tools.

  • Maintain performance standards in customer satisfaction, handling time, and quality scores.

  • Represent the company at virtual or in-person events, supporting both Korean- and English-speaking customers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (spoken and written); advanced Korean fluency required.

  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

  • Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
