Part-Time Schedule: 3 Days a week, [9AM-5:30PM]

$22-$24 DOE


Expected Length of Assignment: Long-term/ Temp-to-hire


Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our operations. The Office Assistant will help with phone calls, scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and general administrative duties.


The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to communicate professionally with clients and internal staff.



Administrative Duties

· Answer and route incoming telephone calls.

· Respond to routine emails and office inquiries.

· Perform accurate data entry.

· Scan, copy, print, file, and organize documents.

· Prepare basic spreadsheets, reports, employee lists, and office correspondence.

· Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

· Assist with payroll-related documentation.

· Maintain office supplies and notify management when supplies need to be reordered.

· Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required.
