Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, leveraging telehealth technology to provide seamless therapy experiences to clients. Your workspace will be supported by our innovative electronic medical records (EMR) software, allowing for efficient documentation and patient management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Goodwell, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and goals.
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches to individuals, couples, and families.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:
