Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish and monitor individual treatment goals tailored to each client's needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions focused on prevention and recovery, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant methodologies.
  • Regularly review and update treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their goals reflect evolving needs.
  • Coordinate with a variety of community mental health resources, treatment providers, and agencies to enhance client care.
  • Ensure precise and timely documentation of sessions, maintaining accurate progress notes and treatment records as required by state and federal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A valid and active license in Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits
