Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using various evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation, including service reports and treatment records, adhering to all relevant policies and professional standards.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and in-service training sessions to ensure cohesive service delivery and continuous professional development.
