We are accepting applications for a Banking Operations Support Manager to be remote in the footprint.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the strategy and direction for the Enterprise Knowledge system, including the management of staff.
  • Authority concerning staffing, performance evaluations, promotions, salary recommendations and terminations.
  • Assist with the development of new procedures and tools to solve unique operational situations.
  • Lead the implementation and roadmap of the Enterprise Knowledge system and establish KPIs to ensure program effectiveness. Partner with organization stakeholders to expand usage and Enterprise Knowledge system offerings. Oversight of content onboarding and new feature requests.
  • Maintains standards and governance for the Enterprise Knowledge system, including the Enterprise Knowledge system style guide standards for the writing, formatting, and design of documents/content pages published in the Enterprise Knowledge system.
  • User Experience (UX) - Establish the standard for the user interaction to Enterprise Knowledge system content through user testing research. Ensure UX design meets industry standards, and a set of best practices are identified and documented for content writing.
  • Optimization of Enterprise Knowledge system experience including the oversite of AI integration with the Enterprise Knowledge system.
  • Ensures compliance with governance policies, information architecture and other organizational policies.
  • Monitor trends on knowledge management including process, technology, and culture.
  • Identify methods that support service strategy and vision.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field and 2 years of experience in banking/finance industry, banking operations, policies, procedures and processes or other directly related experience.
  • Supervisory experience required.
    • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Working knowledge of the banking industry, branch banking operations, processes and procedures and systems.
  • Ability to execute initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to deal effectively with people in various job capacities.
  • Ability to train, coach and advise branch/department staff.
  • Solid analysis, problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Solid leadership and customer relation skills.
  • Working knowledge of project management techniques and practices.
  • Ability to train staff, set goals and maintain high quality work standards.
