Job description

Title: Solutions & Delivery Director
Reports To: Executive Vice President (EVP) of Solutions
Salary: Base + 20% Bonus Potential

Position Summary

The Technology Solutions & Delivery Director is a leadership role responsible for driving successful client delivery while leading strategic solution development and business growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the EVP of Solutions, this individual serves as both a Delivery Director and Solution Director, overseeing complex technology engagements, building executive-level client relationships, and partnering closely with sales and consulting leadership to expand existing accounts and win new business.

The ideal candidate combines strong consulting delivery experience and leadership with business development expertise, executive communication skills; and the ability to align technology solutions to client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Director Leadership

  • Serve as Delivery Director for one or multiple client accounts across advisory, project-based, and managed talent services engagements.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, including executive and operational leadership teams.
  • Provide leadership oversight for delivery quality, client satisfaction, financial performance, resource management, and overall engagement health.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful execution of projects within scope, timeline, and budget expectations.
  • Monitor utilization, forecasting, profitability, and account performance while proactively managing delivery risks and escalations.
  • Establish or align to existing governance models, delivery standards, and operational best practices.
  • Mentor and develop consulting managers, project leaders, and delivery team members.

Solution & Business Development Leadership

  • Lead new business development efforts in partnership with ConsultNet Sales Account Executives, practice leaders, and executive leadership.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and strategic workshops with prospective and existing clients, including C-level executives and senior business stakeholders, to identify business challenges, technology opportunities, and transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and present tailored solution strategies, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and engagement approaches aligned to client objectives.
