JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on AI Solutions Developer to lead the development of practical artificial intelligence and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency across the organization.
This role will work closely with Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to identify manual processes, streamline workflows, and implement scalable AI-powered tools that create measurable business value. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with a passion for solving real-world business problems using modern AI technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong experience with Python development.
  • Experience building APIs and system integrations.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with generative AI technologies and large language model (LLM) platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
