Job Overview
The Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) within the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Notification Center is responsible for reviewing all notifications received through remote monitoring devices, utilizing dashboards, logs, reporting tools, and other resources. The RN ensures the accuracy, integrity, and appropriateness of reported data, and communicates findings to facilities according to established procedures. Using defined clinical protocols, the RN will make informed decisions regarding patient care and escalate notifications that fall outside established parameters or when the patient's condition continues to decline despite facility notification and treatment efforts to the specified contacts for the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Care Management team members to improve workflow efficiency and communication.
Communicate regularly with the RN Supervisor and/or Manager regarding quality, system performance, capacity, resource needs, and facility/provider feedback.
Meet or exceed productivity standards as established by the department.
Develop and maintain relationships across Tapestry Health and with partner facilities to enhance communication and program outcomes.
Attend meetings and training sessions assigned by leadership.
Perform all duties within the RN scope of practice and licensure requirements.
Ensure timely completion of all responsibilities.
Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality of all health information.
Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA and organizational policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License, practicing within legal scope.
Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
Knowledge and experience in monitoring patients' vital signs via passive remote devices.
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
Understanding of chronic disease management and remote patient monitoring protocols or equivalent experience.
Experience in reviewing and managing device alerts and accessing electronic health records (EHRs) to assess patient conditions.
Preferred:
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Background in Travel Nursing, Emergency, or Cardiac Care.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and promote constructive communication.
Consistently represents Tapestry Health in a professional and positive manner.
Strong customer service orientation, including understanding of satisfaction metrics.
Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently, maintain accuracy, and demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $75K-85K annualized. This remote position follows a location-based compensation structure. The posted salary range represents the potential pay range across various U.S. geographic markets. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's primary work location, experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
