Position Description:
CGI is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join one of our strategic project teams on a contract bases with experience in attraction/engagement of candidates.
We're looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment who loves to research and dig for those perfect candidates!
This role can be performed Remote anywhere within the U.S.
The Junior Recruiter supports full-cycle hiring by sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruiting process. This role works closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to fill field, technical, and entry- to mid-level corporate roles
Required Skills & Experience
2-3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally in utilities, energy, construction, or skilled-trade environments.
Strong sourcing skills for entry-level and technical roles.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions with guidance.
Familiarity with compliance requirements for safety-sensitive roles.
Experience using an ATS and basic recruiting tools.
