Job Description

The Project Manager will partner with the organization, across all business functions, through all phases of the development life cycle to ensure project success.  The Project Manager role is a key driver in delivering new hardware and software products, and an active participant in defining product development process. 

Core Project Management Skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple hardware & software projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Experience tracking milestones, managing risks, and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Ability to develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications.

Leadership & Problem-Solving

  • Ability to proactively identify issues and drive resolutions.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on accountability.
  • Experience managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Familiarity with financial planning, forecasting, and budget management.
Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$135,000 for a mid-level position, or  $145,000-$160,000 for a senior position. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.

In addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's (US) Health and Welfare Benefit Plans-including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance-as well as the company's 401(k) plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective plan documents. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's paid time off and sick leave programs in accordance with applicable policies.
